- Ensure you have a motivational letter attached to the Subject Change Request Form (signed/contact details provided by your parents/guardian) when getting respective teacher’s/HOD’s approval signatures.
- Subject changes may only be completed once confirmation has been received from both the affected teacher and the HOD of the new subject.
- *After completion of the Subject Change Request Form hand in personally to A1-8 (Mr Klaassen) or pigeonhole 37 in the staffroom for final processing.
